My work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular experience in commercial law, family law, immigration, employment law, civil litigation, Court of Protection matters and regulatory compliance. I advise clients across the full lifecycle of legal and commercial matters, from early-stage advisory work and risk management through to litigation, advocacy and dispute resolution.
My commercial practice includes advising on commercial contracts and transactional work. I regularly draft and advise on consultancy agreements, service agreements, joint venture arrangements, supply and distribution contracts and wider commercial risk allocation. I work closely with businesses to ensure that legal frameworks support operational objectives, commercial growth and long term strategic interests.
Alongside this, I maintain a broad private client and litigation practice encompassing divorce and financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements disputes, care proceedings, domestic abuse matters, forced marriage matters, immigration applications, appeals and judicial review, employment disputes, court of protection matters and a wide range of civil disputes.
In addition to my client-facing work, I have significant experience advising legal professionals on compliance, governance and operational risk management. My work includes advising on SRA Standards and Regulations, anti-money laundering compliance, file auditing, complaints handling, data protection, internal governance structures and wider regulatory frameworks. I have also been actively involved in the development and implementation of compliance systems, quality assurance procedures and operational controls within legal practices.
I am a keen advocate and regularly appear before the Courts and Tribunals on behalf of both private clients and professional organisations including local authorities.
